I’m Deana, and have been married for 11 years with two adorable children, Lily who is six and Ethan who is three. The four of us live in a quaint bungalow in White Rock British Columbia with the eldest member of our family, Brodie, our lab-cross dog and Jinx, our very patient fluffy kitty.

I can’t help myself but I am a dedicated list builder, continually crossing off and adding new ideas. Some I carry through with and others are put on the burner for the future. Oh goodness, the stresses of a creative mind! It never stops!

Since I recall I have always loved color, design, accessories, and all things tiny. Along came the computer and a whole new world opened up for me. Now I’m a self-taught expert when it comes to spreadsheets, graphic design, Blogger, Etsy and Pinterest. I am forever on the search for unique clothing, toys and just simple fun things for children.

After a few different career paths, I have landed upon Apples n Oranges, with much excitement and dedication. It will allow me to showcase many products I love and very happily have the opportunity to share them it all with you.

As time progresses and with every visit to Apples n Oranges, you will enjoy viewing each season of Peekaboo Beans collections, artwork, children's toys, accessories and the odd wonderful vintage find that I often stumble upon.
