All items over 50% off from the original price are considered clearance and are final sale.

Due to the nature of an online business some inventory errors may occur. If there are any problems with your order we will be in touch to see if a replacement item can be found or to refund you for the item.

 
Shipping

Apples’n’Oranges is happy to provide our customers free shipping within Canada and to the United States for orders over $125 (after discounts). A flat rate of $10 applies for orders within Canada under $125 and $12 to the US for orders under $125. If you live in Ottawa (Ontario), you can pick up your order from us in Orléans, just choose the "Free pick up" option at checkout and we will contact you with details.

We ship worldwide, typically within 3-4 business days of receiving the order. As an environmentally conscious company, we use recycled boxes as often as possible.

There is no PST on children’s clothing, but PST may apply on some of our shoes, accessories, and clothing for adults.

NOTE: The recipient is responsible for any/all duties, taxes, and fees (if any) relating to all international orders (i.e. shipping outside of Canada).

Return & Exchanges

Mistakes happen. Sometimes things just aren't what you thought they were going to be, or you got the size wrong; we know, we do it too. And we know that sometimes you just change your mind.

At Apples’n’Oranges, we want you to be happy with the purchases you’ve made. We ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a complete refund. A credit in the amount of the item and taxes will be applied to the same credit card that was used to purchase it, or for a store credit, or an exchange. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. After 14 days, and up to 60 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 60 days from receipt of purchase. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Unfortunately we can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on clearance.

If you would like to return your purchase, just follow these easy-peasy steps:

  1. Contact us by email or phone and let us know what’s up.
  2. We'll send you a confirmation email
  3. Pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, with all the tags in place. We’d really appreciate if you would include a copy of the invoice we sent to you at the time of purchase.
  4. Once we receive your merchandise, and we ensure that it is still in good condition, we will credit your credit card, issue you a store credit, or exchange the merchandise.

Risk-free Cancellations

Buyer's remorse? We don't think you will regret your purchase, but we also know how you feel. No problems, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. So shop and if you change your mind, it's ok!

Just send an email to sales@apples-n-oranges.com with your order details and you will be refunded. Please note that we cannot cancel your order unless you have received an email confirmation from us.
